Welcome to Visual Prints. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or booking a live event stall, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Visual Prints is a personalised gifting and live event printing business based at 24/6/179, Women's Govt Polytechnic College Road, Nellore - 524003. You can reach us at visualprintsnlr@gmail.com or +91 9347370622.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products & Personalisation
- All products are made-to-order based on the photos, text, and design inputs you provide.
- Product colours may vary slightly from screen previews due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of names, spellings, dates, images, and other customisation details.
- You warrant that any content you upload (photos, logos, artwork) does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at order confirmation is what you pay.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock).
6. Live Event Stall Bookings
- A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as agreed in the quote.
- Live event stalls are currently available across South India. Outside travel is subject to additional charges.
- The client is responsible for providing space, power supply, and table setup at the venue.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and designs are owned by Visual Prints. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. You retain rights to your uploaded photos and artwork; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to fulfil your order.
8. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing obscene, defamatory, hateful, or copyrighted material without the necessary rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Visual Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
