Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Visual Prints products are made-to-order. This policy explains how long your order takes to produce, ship, and arrive at your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
- Standard personalised items (mugs, bottles, keychains, magnets): 2–4 business days.
- Combo kits & photo lamps: 3–5 business days.
- Bulk / corporate orders (25+ units): 5–10 business days depending on quantity.
- Engraved pens: 3–6 business days.
Processing starts once we receive your final approved design and successful payment.
2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- South India: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Remote / North-East regions: 6–10 business days
Total time = Processing time + Delivery time. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination pincode.
- Free shipping is often available on orders above a threshold or during promotions; the discount will be shown at checkout.
- Bulk and corporate orders may have custom shipping quotes shared separately.
4. Courier Partners
We ship pan-India through trusted partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, and Shiprocket. The best courier is chosen based on your pincode.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order any time from our Track Order page.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
- Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the parcel is returned to us; re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a clear unboxing video and share it with us at visualprintsnlr@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim and arrange a replacement.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. For international enquiries, please write to us at visualprintsnlr@gmail.com.
